Freewheel conversion kit for UltraRear SX/SLX/SPX (version 1) and UltraRear SX/SLX/SPX version 2.0
Important tech note
The freewheel installation requires rather high tech skills, quality tools and a well-lighted, clean working environment.
The installation always involves the following operations:
- Perfect cleaning of freewheel internals
- Replacing the old "TX-Bushing" with the new one supplied.
- Dry pre-assembling of hub with the new freewheel + TX-bushing and tuning of axial tolerances
- Freewheel greasing and final assembling
- In some cases it's also necessary to adjust rim camber to re-align wheel center line since Shimano 11S road cassette requires a wider freewheel body and different hub center-line than Shimano 10s.

Kit Shima 11s A converts UltraRear SX/SLX/SPX Campagnolo 11s into Shimano 11s (130mm)
Includes: complete freewheel with bearing and pawls, matched TX-bushing, Alugrease S1.
This mod does not require adjustment of rim camber.
Check the hub-shell of your UltraRear SX/SLX/SPX has the writing "version 2.0".
Kit Shima 11s B converts UltraRear SX/SLX/SPX Shimano 9-10s into Shimano 11s (131mm recommended)
Includes: complete freewheel with bearing and pawls, matched TX-bushing, Alugrease S1, right axle-end (bronze).
This mod requires a minor adjustment of rim camber.
Check the hub-shell of your UltraRear SX/SLX/SPX has the writing "version 2.0".
Kit Shima 11s C converts UltraRear SX/SLX/SPX Shimano 9-10s into Shimano 11s, (130mm)
Includes: complete freewheel with bearing and pawls, matched TX-bushing, Alugrease S1, right axle-end (bronze), left axle-end (bronze).
This mod requires the adjustment of rim camber.
